No. Sports massage can be suitable for muscular tension or stiffness from work, exercise or everyday activity. You don’t need a sporting background.

No. Services are available to clients aged 18 and over only. Under-18s are not accepted.

Wear comfortable clothing. Depending on the area treated, clothing may need to be adjusted or removed with your consent. Privacy and appropriate draping are maintained.

Treatment does not need to be extremely painful to be effective. Pressure can be adjusted throughout; please tell Lewis how it feels.

There is no single schedule for everyone. Frequency depends on your activity, goals and individual response. Recommendations are discussed without unnecessary upselling.

Dry cupping uses negative pressure within cups placed on the skin. It is an optional technique that may be incorporated where appropriate and with consent.

Temporary circular marks can occur and may remain visible for several days. Lewis will discuss this with you before treatment.

In a dedicated private treatment room within a Muay Thai gym in Stafford, Staffordshire. The clinic is inside Zion Muay Thai, 1A Kenworthy Road, Stafford, ST16 3DY. Enter Zion Muay Thai and follow the directions or signage for the LH Performance & Recovery treatment room.

Typical availability is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from approximately 5:30pm, and Saturday daytime or afternoon. Square shows current appointment availability.
